Good day earthlings!
So here we are again, at the end of the year, where there term "to give and to receive" is emphasized through and through. We are offering a special hike catered to both - those who are in need to heal as well as for those who may have the strength, the extra shoulder, to give another lady a hiking hand.
For some of us, in the spirit of giving, it is easy to over extend one's self. We ask you to please join us, surrender, and receive the healing qualities of the wild outdoors. If you feel you can be a supportive sister to someone in need, please join us too! We hike together to support one another and are excited to share stories, tips and finding ways to heal through journeying into the outdoors.
Leading us is Natalie Sanchez, finding healing through adventure and documenting it through her blog and Instagram @lesswastemoreadventure. Natalie is a solo hiker who has completed 500 miles of the Camino de Santiago in Spain and is a 52 Hike Challenge finisher.
Meeting spot: The Trails Cafe (behind the cafe) 2333 Fern Dell Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90068
Recommended: hiking shoes, sun protection, REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE, snacks for the hike
Optional, but not required: We are accepting donations of bottled water and canned/dry food for LA/Ventura fire victims. Any remaining will go to the Downtown LA Women's Shelter.
